Product Delivery Model: From launch to scale

How I’d help Jito Labs turn product craft into a scalable delivery system—bridging founders and engineering across the Labs portfolio, with JTX as the live proof point.

Cover letter

To whom it may concern —

I am a product leader with 12+ years of fintech experience spanning trading systems, customer-facing platforms, and now blockchain applications. I’ve led product strategy, design, development, and end-to-end implementations—from ETRM and commercial EV charging platforms to DRW’s Canton Network products, where I've established the product delivery model across multiple on-chain applications and currently lead a team of product managers and QA.

I want to be the missing piece that lets a founder-led, high-caliber team keep shipping without losing coherence as the product landscape grows. My expertise is designing and implementing processes fit for growth-oriented teams—closing inefficiency gaps, optimizing workflows, and unlocking time savings that accelerate delivery and create room for new initiatives. I implement iterative process design fit specifically for an organization’s culture, release strategy, and business goals. Product management is a craft, not a one-size-fits-all playbook: my processes unlock greater efficiency by bridging founders and engineering—without bogging everyone down in the nonstop meetings that plague most agile/scrum teams.

That is why Jito interests me. Jito Labs is the shining star of Solana—the team that built the chain’s market layer and has now put that infrastructure into traders’ hands with JTX. The opportunity ahead is not only to scale JTX, but to install product systems that extend across workstreams as the Jito Labs portfolio continues to expand.

The unique value I bring is a brand of product management built for that environment: disciplined craft (roadmap, prioritization, feedback loops, release strategy) paired with agentic AI workflows and custom agents that compress discovery → requirements → code-ready prototypes → development-ready tickets. I implement rapid, iterative development with continuous ongoing discovery—roadmap backlog features tied to milestones, customer enhancement requests (customer experience), and bugs feeding the same loop. I’ve already built and implemented this at DRW. It is product management fit for a fast-growing, high-scale web3 products in a landscape that does not sit still.

Thank you for your consideration. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background and skillset can support JTX and the broader Jito Labs portfolio.

My first 90 days: What I'll bring to the table

Month 1

Current landscape assessment and path forward

Understand current processes and team structure then design the path forward: ways of working, release strategy, and goals mapped to delivery milestones.

  • Current-day process mapping Document how Jito Labs ships today (starting with JTX)—flows, handoffs, and where friction shows up.
  • Roadmap review / v1 Review what exists; update the JTX roadmap tied to milestones in a now / next / later view.
  • Release strategy review Analyze current release practice; recommendations for cadence, what “shipped” means, and DevOps release strategy.
  • Customer feedback loop review Review and optimize how customer requests, painpoints, and bugs enter prioritization and the roadmap.
  • Roadmap view — prepare v1 Align internal and external views; prepare v1 of the product roadmap view for jtx.com/roadmap.
  • AI workflow blueprint Agentic steps for discovery, requirements documentation, prototypes, and development-ready tickets.
  • Market research Immerse in JTX, Solana, and the apps on the network—current painpoints and the opportunities that keep Jito Labs on top.
Month 2

Implementation

Stand up a repeatable discovery → development → release loop and run it with founders and engineering day to day.

  • Roadmap & release management live Roadmap and release strategy are established and actively managed—prioritized development targets tied to release goals.
  • Public roadmap published Live on jtx.com/roadmap so customers and the Solana network can see what’s ahead for JTX.
  • Delivery model implemented Continuous iterative discovery and development—backlog items, bugs, and prioritized customer enhancements feeding the same loop.
  • Customer feedback loop operational Requests, painpoints, and bugs land in the system and show up on the roadmap.
  • AI agent workflows in daily use Custom agents capture ongoing discovery and tee up engineering immediately. Same-day discovery to development-ready prototypes for review and sign-off.
Month 3

Execution & reporting

Enough real data to measure whether the processes work—and what impact they’re having on delivery, trust, and unnecessary churn.

  • Leadership reporting live Dashboards to track velocity, % to milestone, capacity, blockers.
  • Process health metrics Cycle time, feedback SLA, roadmap commitment rate.
  • Public roadmap cadence External page stays current with each release train.
  • Iterate on the process Capture what’s working and what isn’t; evolve ways of working from real learnings—nothing is fixed, all processes are continuously improving.
